EASE. is a yoga-informed mobility and nervous system programme designed to help you build strength, mobility, and awareness without overriding your body. This is not about pushing flexibility or chasing peak performance. It's about learning how your body works, moving with more intelligence, and developing a practice you don't need to recover from. You'll be guided through breath-led movement, mobility work, and simple nervous system education. The practices are designed to build familiarity and trust, helping you move with more ease, space, and confidence in your body. You move at your own pace. You pause when you need to. The structure is there to support you - not to push you.
